Crafty Ribbons Challenge - Animal Magic

Our host for this challenge is my friend and fellow Teamie

The theme is 'Animals Magic'.
But please remember you must have a piece of any
ribbon or lace on your entry.

If not, you will not entered be into the prize draw, to
win a £10 voucher to spend in the Crafty Ribbons shop.

The Crafty Ribbon I used is

The stamps I used are Indigo Blue - Winterland Wood set,
and heat embossed with Wow White Embossing Powder.

The line of Snowflakes is an embossing folder.
After embossing the card, I used a Versamark pen
on the raised area and then used the Wow Embossing powder.

I have had these pens for so many years, I wondered if they
would work. They have just been in a drawer.

I'm looking forward to seeing your lovely entries
and leaving you a message so you know I have been.

Good luck.

Winter Wonderland Challenge

The theme for this fortnight challenge, here at Winter Wonderland
has been chosen by our lovely Teamie, Marie.

You have a choice of two themes which are,

Frosty (Either cold colours like blues, icy or snowmen)
Well Wrapped Up

We have 2 sponsors for this fortnight challenge,
both with great prizes for you to win.

Firstly, Marianne Designs.
They are giving you a Special Prize!

Then we have have Bugaboo Digi Stamps.
Their prize is 7 Digi images!!

I'm afraid the photos are not very good, as it has been
raining so much and very dark days.
I lightened it as much as I could with my photo program.

I have chosen Frosty - Snowmen.

For my DT project I made this 'Snow' wall hanger.
The snowmen are Lili Of The Valley stamps, coloured
with Distress Inks.

I coated the letters with a home made paste.
The snowmen have been cut out and 3D onto the letters
after they had dried out.

I die cut loads of snowflakes of various sizes and designs.
I then coated them with glitter.

I also added die cut sentiments.

I finally added glitter onto the paste.

Now it's over to you to choose which theme you wish to follow
and make your beautiful cards and enter them into our challenge.
Then we can visit your blog and leave you a comment
so you know we have been.

Good luck and don't forget, you have to be in it to win it!!

Christmas Makes

The week before last I did 3 Craft Fairs.
I sold so much, that I have hardly been out of my craft room since!!
I have also got a few orders for large projects to do.

Here are just a few 'Smalls' for my Christmas Craft Fairs.

On all of the boxes I have used the gorgeous text ribbons

On this little one, I also used their 'Holly Ribbon'.

There is a link to Crafty Ribbons HERE and
at the top and the bottom of this post.

The next 4 boxes I made from scratch and also added a gift in each.
I sold 3 of the boxes below!

I had some wooden coasters I made with my Brother-in-law.
So just to use them up, I painted a winter scene and added  a
clay snowman I made and die cut trees.

I used the Crafty Ribbon around the edge and as the hanger.

I hope this gives you some ideas to use text ribbon.

They also have some amazing and beautiful ribbons.
All at very reasonable prices. Some are exclusive, so will
make your projects very different.
Check them out HERE.

You can also win some on their challenge blog.
HERE is the link to the blog.

Don't forget, you have to be in it to win it!!

I will post a couple of bigger makes soon.
Thanks for stopping by and I love
reading your messages.
