Sweet As A Pea!

Hi Everyone and a special hi to my new followers,

As usual I am playing 'catch up'. I am trying to make items for my market stall and also cards for my outlets. I have nearly finished making my samples for my first class next week. That will be finished this afternoon.

I delivered a couple of orders this week and saw that both my card outlets, are very low on stock. Please can I have a 48 hour day, just for a week!! I really need to catch up.

This is one of my stock cards, using a very old stamp. I have no idea where I got it but I think it was originally on a wooden block.

The background is using paper from Lili of the Valley, which I put into an embossing folder, that came with my eBosser. The Sentiment stamp is an old Kanban set.

I used a Nestie Die Radiant Rectangles to cut out the image. I do really like this die set.

I took this photo last Wednesday, of my Granddaughter, Mia. She was helping me paint the inside of my boxes. Please do not look too closely at the section of garden behind!! This is the only section left that I have not done anything with yet. Sadly, the Astibles had finished flowering, which makes it look even worse!! The fence is my neighbours and my husband has to keep putting nails in it, to keep it upright! Well he is 93 and not really bothered about it. (My neighbour - not my husband!!)

I can't believe that I am posting at 1.30pm and not my usual 1.30am!

I'm going to have my lunch now and not going to bed.

Thank you to my new followers for taking time to join my blog. I will always return the compliment.

Thanks for visiting my little blog corner and leaving your lovely comments, that always keep me smiling.

Hugs,

Carol S.xx

Well, I was saying that I too wish there were 48 hours in each day .. but even then, I don't think that would be enough! LOL! Your card is absolutely GORGEOUS .. I love the dry embossing and the dies that you've used! Sooooo STUNNING!

Your Mia is just the sweetest thing .. helping you paint the inside of the boxes .. what a lovely girl she is! And I literally laughed out loud reading about the 93 year old being your neighbor and NOT your hubby .. hahahahah! Too cute!

Wishing you a beautiful weekend!

Big Hugs,
Elise

Beautiful card Carol - such lovely soft colours to go with that image. How lovely also to see your young helper at work. It pays to start them young! The only problem is that you'll have to share your stash. Have a great weekend. xx
