Oh my goodness, he is lovely. No wonder he got snapped up. Sad to say buy my Hare even though he ia much smaller design is still sat in his box waiting patiently for me to make him. Naughty step for me. hugs mrs A.
Oh my gosh Carol - your hare is totally adorable! I would buy one like a shot - so, so realistic. I read your comment about your Mum with sadness earlier today. I went to boarding school in Wilhelmshaven, North Coast of Germany (Army Brat) and the remains of the U-boat pens were still there. The school had been used to accommodate personnel who manned the U-boats and I always wondered why it was chosen as a British school site after the war. Admittedly it was almost perfectly designed for the purpose - but it still bothered me. My Mum was engaged to a young chap who went down on HMS Hood - a lot of NE lads apparently died. But, who can possibly shoot young men trying to get into small boats - it beggars belief! Your poor dear Mum - such tragedy and also such a waste of young lives. Hugs, Di x
