A Quickie Boys Card

Hi all, It's a cold, dull morning here. The sun makes you feel so different, to how you do on this horrible gloomy day. And tomorrow we are going to have heavy rain all day. Great.

Last Saturday was the 2 year anniversary of losing my sister. So I could have done with a bit of sun to cheer me up. Where has that 2 years gone?!

Right, that's enough of feeling down. This is a quick card I have made for stock, using a Lili of the Valley stamp from their last release. It is called 'In The Country'. I love him and especially his little dog.

The brown patterned paper is from the Prima Songbird Collection, 6" x 6" paper stack. The blue spot paper, is from a pad I have had for more years than I can remember! It is an Adhesive Mat Stack Prints pad for Die Cutting Systems, made by Provo. The rest is from my stash.

I coloured him with Distress Inks. The sentiment stamp is from LOTV sentiment sheet, Simply Sophisticated. The leaves, words and raffia are from my stash.

Thanks for stopping by and check out LOTV tomorrow, as they are releasing a new range of stamps. Check out their blog for sneaky peeks! Click on the Ideas to Inspire in my sidebar.

Hugs,

Carol S.xx
