Owl Gate by Little Claire.

Hi everyone,
I am very excited, as today I bought a Joy Trouvaille cutting and embossing machine from Crafty Ideas by Kaz. It cuts card etc up to A4 size. I have had a play tonight and it is brilliant! Very smooth cutting action and a removeable handle, that can be stored in a compartment on the top of the machine. It is similar to the Cuttlebug, in as much as it has a tray both sides of the machine to support the boards and has a suction action, to attach it to a table top. I will let you know how I get on with it over the weekend.
Well the weather is going to be awful and I cleaned the house yesterday, so I can craft all weekend, without feeling guilty!!
This is the latest stamp for Little Claire's club members. I love the expressions on the baby owls faces! Reminds me of when my children were small! 'Oh! Mum!' springs to mind.

The frame was cut with Nestabilities and the image was painted with Distress Inks. I must get my Copics out again sometime! I love the footprint stamp, this one will be well used. Great fun and not only for Christmas.
At the bottom right hand side of the gate there is a mouse hole. It is not very clear, but I stamped one of the mice that are on the left of the gate, cut it out and poked his face and scarf through the hole! I just couldn't resist it!
The big snowflakes are Nestabilities and the small ones are the Cuttlebug die.

Thanks for visiting and have a crafty weekend.

Lol,
