A Baby Bundle

Hi Everyone,
This is my first posting since Blogger changed. Shame they couldn't have increased the font choice.
I must firstly say welcome to my new followers and thank you so much for joining my blog. I, like all of us bloggers, love to share our work and receive comments on our efforts.
Sorry I haven't posted for a bit, but I have been making items for my Charity Craft Markets. I did one market last Saturday and I have one to do tomorrow.
This card is another Lili Of The Valley stamp, coloured with Distress Inks. It is beautifully drawn and is so pretty. I took the photo yesterday, so I am sorry about the quality. It was so dark with all the rain we had. Do you think the reservoirs are full yet?!! My water butts are:-)
As new babies generally look the same, you can use this stamp for girl or boy, which is great.

I cut out the image with Nesties Label 4 and then attached it to a piece of pink paper. I then cut around the shape, leaving a 2mm border. I didn't want a big border, which I would have got if I had used the next size die.
The backing paper was from my stash, along with the Prima flowers and punched leaves. The Flourish Die is a Marianne Creatables, which I chopped up, so I could place it better.

I dotted lots of Star Dust Stickles around and added a few gems I bought in our Pound shop!
I hope you like this one, please let me know what you think.
Thank you for stopping by.
Hugs,

A Spring Wedding.

Hi everyone,

Are you having problems with Blogger? I am unable to leave comments on loads of the blogs I visit. The screen just freezes and I have to close my Internet connection, which is a real pain.

This is a Lili of the Valley image I used for this card. The background is just 120gsm paper which I embossed with 2 different folders, and hid the join with a piece of ribbon.

The mat is cut with the Fleur De Lis Nestie square.

The Prima flowers are from my stash. The butterflies are Martha Stewart punches and the swirls are Marianne Creatables.

Just a quick posting tonight, as my knee is a bit sore and I can't sit still for very long. I think I carried too much heavy shopping today!:-(
Hope you all have a good Easter weekend and thank you for popping into my blog.
Hugs,

Carol S.xx
