I chose to use this gorgeous little Owl,

from the amazing images that they have on their site.

I used Copics to colour him with and added my

snow 3D glue, topped with glitter.

He was easy to colour and really enjoyed it too.

Winter Wonderland Challenge Fuzzy Wuzzy!!!

Hi everyone, thank you for the lovely messages over the last

few weeks. I am now feeling much better.

Still have a bit of a cough but getting a bit stronger.

It's time again for a new challenge at Winter Wonderland,

The theme for this month has been chosen by our host, Deanne,

Fuzzy Wuzzy Christmas!!

It gives you a large choice of the image you want to use.

Like, Fuzzy animals, fluffy hats/mitts, puffy coats,

or fuzzy beards, like Santa's.

We had the choice of 3 fab images of Christmas Digis,

by Sheepski Designs.

I chose Mindy

for my DT card

For Mindy's fur, I used a fine tip pen and just

scratched it over.

The bauble was coloured with Copics Pens.

We had a black and white cat many years ago.

So I had to colour Mindy like our old cat, Jinny.

Complete with her black beauty spot!!

Winter Wonderland Tribute

Thank you for all your lovely messages on my last few posts.

This month we are remembering Eileen, who was the co-ordinator

and owner of the Winter Wonderland Challenge Blog.

She sadly passed away 2 years ago and she is greatly missed.

I had some lovely, funny conversations with her, 

which I will always treasure.

First Winter Wonderland Challenge 2019

Here we are, another New Year.

Happy New Year to all my lovely followers.

Just hope this one is better than the last one!!

Starting this month, Winter Wonderland Challenges

will be running monthly. This will give you

more time to join in the fun.

For our first challenge here at Winter Wonderland,

the theme is:

It's Snowtime

To get your card in the prize draw, 

you must have Snowflakes or Snowmen

on your card.

The prize is 2 Digis from our generous sponsor.

 We were so lucky to be able to choose our image to use.

The image I chose is part of a set called

Last 2018 Challenge

This is the last 2018 Challenge for 

Winter Wonderland. It will go until January 3rd 2019.

I coloured the image with Copics 

His fluffy bits on his trousers are fluffy flock and 

using 3D Pinflair glue, Snow-It 

from Noble Crafts Shop in Great Yarmouth.

The theme for this challenge is 

Anything Goes.

So you can enter any of your beautiful cards you have made.

I am now going to finish making mine.

I have just completed selling at 22 Craft Fairs

from March until 4th December.

In November I did 7 in 4 weeks!!

I wonder why I am shattered!! All these 6am starts

in the mornings might have something to do with it!!

Winter Wonderland Challenge and A ' Sorry'!!

Firstly, I must apologise for the lack of commenting.
I usually do it every day, but with the pressure of
doing 5 Craft Fayres already this month and
another on the 24th, tomorrow, I have 
a lot of stock to make for it.

It's great for my charity I support, that sales have been very good!!
But I do have a job keeping up with
the more intricate things I make.

I know......I can hear you saying, I should make more simple
things then!! Lol!!

Well this card is a simple one! The sweet image is from 
our generous sponsor for this Winter Wonderland challenge.

She is coloured with Copics and Stickles .

Along with the Girl image, you also get 3 pairs of mittens.

I coloured them with Copics and then cut them out.

Winter Wonderland Challenge

Hi everyone!

It's time for a new challenge at 

Winter Wonderland.

The theme is 'Colour It'.

As always, Christmas cards only.

There isn't a Sponsor for this challenge

but we will still be picking our top three.

They will get our Top 3 badge to display

on their blog.

I have used one of the new stamps from 

Lili of The Valley.

She is on the stamp sheet 

'Sweet Christmas'.

You even get an additional stamp for the

candle and holly.

I stamped and coloured it and fussy cut it

out, then 3D it onto the main image.

I coloured her with Distress Inks on 300gsm Water Colour card.

So get ahead with your Christmas card making and

Winter Wonderland Challenge

Hi everyone.

We, The Icicles Team, of Winter Wonderland challenge

are back from a short break, 

with our new challenge starting today.

Our host is Marie and the theme she has chosen is

Christmas Joy.

I have used Christmas Birds Trio for my DT card.

It's a brilliant set of stamps with various options,

I really enjoyed colouring it with Copics pens.

I added a bit of glitter to their hats,

using a Spectrum Noir Glitter pen.
