The Blues !!

I am pleased to say that my mojo has come back and
hope that it is here to stay!! Yipeeeeee!!

All I needed was a reason/purpose to make things.
Having got the Craft Market bookings, was all I needed.

If they all will be still happening, nobody knows.
However, all the time I think they will, is mentally
important to me.

So here is another MDF heart, made from my heart!!
(Cheesy I know)!!

I had a lovely walk with a friend last Tuesday, through the
local Marshes.
We walked for just over 4 miles, with a coffee and a Sandwich
half way round! The weather was perfect and just warm enough
to enjoy it and not many people on the same route.

It's a shame that we cannot have the freedom, we have been
given the last few weeks.

It has been spoilt, by the people not conforming to the
safety measures that were important to us all.

I saw 3 girls being interviewed on the TV, at a party.
They were asked why they were not conforming
to the numbers that were allowed at a gathering.

Their reply really shocked me, which was
'We can't be bothered with all that. We want to have fun
and enjoy ourselves!!!'

I still cannot believe, that they have no cares for
their friends and families, getting ill and dying.

Well I have had my rant!! What do you think?

Enjoy the sun and stay safe.

Big hugs,
Carol

A Bit More Clay

Thank you for your lovely messages on my last post.
As requested, I will post it again when it's in the frame.
The frame needs a bit of work on it, to make it to my taste!

My mojo has come back and keeping me awake at night!!!
Not complaining though!!

I bought this plywood stand at Noble's Craft Shop in
Great Yarmouth. It was in the sale box and that was back
in the new year!

Didn't know what I wanted to do with it, until this week!!

So out came the Hearty Clay!! It hasn't been out for months!!

As I love making roses, they were an easy make.
Fortunately I have kept my floristry bits, from when I
had my business, many years ago!! So I could
create stems with wire and wrap them with floristry tape.

Another make for my first weekend Craft Market, on
17th and 18th October at the Cherry Lane, South View
Garden Centre in Fritton, Norfolk.
I am there every weekend from then, until
the last one on 14th and 15th November.
I will be going home in between!!!Lol!!

I have missed doing Craft Fayres and this one will be very
small, only 10 tables, 2 of which I will be having.
A very safe one to do.

So thanks again for your lovely messages and
I hope to have more time, to get round to all your
blogs and message you all too.

Big hugs,
Stay safe,
Carol

That's A Bunny!!

Surprise!! Yes another post!!

What is going on with me!! I only finished
making this yesterday, Thursday!

I made the bunny with my Hearty Clay.
I thought it could be a 'Tooth Fairy' box,
for a girl or boy. Hence the colours.

Well that's it for now.
Off to Tesco for the weekly shop.

Have a lovely weekend, whatever you do.

A big Thank You, to all of my lovely followers
that took the time, to not only visit my blog,
but to leave a lovely message too.

Big Hugs,
Carol

Homes For Angels

Hi, all my friendly followers and visitors.

I have at last made homes for my Angels!
The first picture is the one I have made to keep for us!!

All the Angels I have made from Hearty and Artista
Paper Based, Air Dry Clay.

For the trees, I drew a large tree for a template and
then made different height sizes.

The large Angel is the one in my last post.
The small ones I made initially for smaller scenes.

As you can see they are a very simple design.

This is one of the first small scenes I made, before
I even attempted to make the big Angel.

This is a slightly bigger one and thanks to my
friend Lorraine's partner, Steve, who cut me the base
from their log stock. I have a few more too!!

Because she looked a bit lost on this piece
I found the little Bunny in my stash.
I covered it with Fluffy Stuff and Glitter.

My Craft Room looks very Christmasy at the moment.
Glitter everywhere!!

Husband's Birthday today, so having a nice meal tonight.
Thanks for visiting and hope you will leave
me a lovely message so I know you have been.

Big hugs
Carol
