Pretty In Pink

Hope you are all snow free!

Just a quick post of an adorable Stamping Bella stamp,
called Waterlily.

Loving the Flower Girl Stamps.

For a change, I coloured her with my Inktense Pencils.
They give a much softer look.

The sentiments are Die cut from Funky Foam and I heated them
a little with my heat gun. Just makes them a little smaller.

Have a lovely week, wherever you are and keep warm!!

Don't forget that there are bargains to get
from The Craft Barn Sale.
New products have been added.

Thanks for popping in and hope you have time
to leave a lovely message.
They are all read and treasured.

Big Hugs,
Carol

Winter Wonderland Mega August Challenge

This is the last challenge until 26th August at Winter Wonderland.

Our host for this Mega Challenge is our lovely Marlene.

Two themes for you to choose one or mix them both together.
First one is
Show Us Your Gold/Silver
And/Or
Use An Embossed Background.

I had hoped to do both but my die cutting machine broke on me,
so was unable to emboss the background.

I have used a Digi from A Day For Daisies called Mr Snowman.

They are one of 3 Sponsors we have for this challenge.
Details below pictures.

I coloured him with my Inktense Pencils for a change.

I added snow with my 3D glue and topped it with Cosmic Shimmer Glitter.
The charm was from my stash.

Our very generous sponsors are, in no particular order:

Their prize is a£10 voucher to use in their shop

Their prize is also a £10 voucher to spend in their shop

Their prize is an £8 voucher to use in their shop

You can enter up to 3 cards only per person.
So good luck and get those cards in and don't forget
you have to be in it to win it!!

PS: My replacement machine arrived today. I ordered it on the 18th July,
It was dispatched on the 21st July.
It had to travel for 1 hour from the shop to my home.

They said it would be delivered between 22nd and 26th July.
It arrived today, after me putting in a complaint.
I had paid £5.75 for the delivery charge. (Company have refunded that)

I still don't understand why it should take so long to travel 1 hour!!!
I was getting concerned, as I have a wedding order to deliver on Tuesday
and I couldn't finish it without the machine.

If inspiration would be helpful, pop over to
the challenge page and you will see all my Teamies
wonderful works of art.

I am looking forward to seeing your amazing entries
and visiting your blogs.

Big hugs,
Carol xxxx

Boozey Boys Cards!!

Hi all you lovely bloggers,

I know the gardens needed rain, but typical of this country, everything regarding weather is extreme! From baking us for weeks, we now get soaked every day. I have been dodging the thunder, lightening and heavy down pours. My tumble dryer is in the garage and I have to run in between the rain drops!

That was yesterday, as I started typing this post last night. It got to 2am and I felt rather tired, so left it to finish this morning! We have a very sunny day at the moment.

Firstly today, I must welcome my new followers. Thank you so much for taking the time to join me as a follower. I have returned the favour. I hope you like what you see here.

I decided to make a few male cards for my stock. CAS I thought for speed. The Birthday Beer one was a stamp I have had for many years. Don't know where it came from but it's part of a set with a motorbike. I coloured it with a mixture of Inktense Pencils and Copics. For the foam on the top of the glass, I used Americana Writer acrylic dimensional paint. I bought it last year for snow on Christmas cards, to which I added glitter. I then put Glossy Accents onto the glass. Sadly this has not been picked up by the camera. The gloomy dark days were not the best for taking photos. ( Nothing to do with me being crap at taking pics.Lol!)

This stamp I bought at Ally Pally last year. It was from Creative Expressions, unmounted, in a box with hundreds of loose stamps. I also bought a few rather rude sentiment stamps. Don't know if I would use them but they just made me laugh.

I stamped it twice and cut out the grapes and used Pinflair Glue Gel to 3D them.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving your lovely comments. I do really appreciate them.

Hugs,
Carol xx
