Noel

Happy Christmas to all my lovely friends and family.

We hope that, at sooner rather than later, 2021 will be getting
back to normal, as we know it.

This was one of my projects for the Craft Fairs I never did.

I  will spend my spare time playing with my Needle Felting.

I already have 2 orders. One for a Hare and one for a fox!!
I really need a bit more practice first.

So please take care, stay safe and stay at home if you can.

Big hugs.
Carol

Still here!!

I am still here!!
Making yet more Baubles for my next Craft Fayre on Tuesday!!
So far I have sold 22 of them!!

My tidy Craft Room!!

I do try to keep it tidy a bit, keeping different things in bags.

Finished 3 of them and another 4 to have their
dressing on the top of them.

I also have 5 other projects to finish and one commission too.

It is a very busy time for most of us crafters and I
am sure you will understand why I am not
getting to all of your posts.

I will try to get to a few more this week.

Big hugs,

Carol

Christmas Is Coming!!

Sorry I haven't been around for a couple of days but
I did 3 Craft Fayres, within 4 days last week!!

I sold so much, that I am trying to replenish my stock!!

This Snow People scene is huge, well compared to the one
I did last Christmas! The snowman is 9cm high and Mrs is
8cm high. So it took quite a time to make and air dry them.

I had the Tando sleigh sides and I just made a box to
join them together, so you can put chocs in it.

This bauble was just me playing, to see if I could make a
different design for a change from straight lines.

I wasn't sure where to start and finish, so just had to undo it
a couple of times to get it right.
I took it to the first Fayre and it sold within the
first 10 minutes!!!

I made another one and that looked much better and it sold
at the next Fayre!!

I have just taken a few minutes away from my desk, whilst 3
projects I am working on dry.

My next Fayres are on the 12th & 13th of this month,
so I have got a few days to get a few things made.

Have a lovely weekend
and I will try to get to your blogs over this weekend.

Thanks for stopping by and I do so love reading your
lovely messages.

Big hugs,
Carol

A Nutty Angel....Or Two or Three!!

A very quick post today.
I was at a Christmas Craft Fair yesterday, in
The John Grant School in Caister.

WOW!!!
It was only 4 hours but I came home with
2 of my big storage boxes totally empty!!!

So a big thank you to Lyn, who with her team, put
on an amazing day.

All the items below were just a few of the small
things that went.

This is my Nutty Angels decoration.
It is a real nut that I have had for years.
I have one myself but wanted to decorate this one,
in a better way than I have mine. So made the clay angels.
I then added the greenery and ribbons.

This is my Snowball Bauble!!
Made and sold loads of them. The leaves I cut from felt.
Just got 2 left.

This hanger I sold at the last Craft Fair.

I made loads of these baubles.
This was a medium size. Made with 80 pieces
of fabric and double that of sequin pins.
The big ones had over 120
pieces of fabric and over 240 pins!!!

Then added cones, berries, leaves and ribbons.

This is a small one and this was sold but have 3 small ones left.

I only have 2 small and I large Snow Family scenes left.

I am now going back to my desk to finish making
a couple of unicorn boxes and a Unicorn plaque.
I make the Unicorns with clay.
They all flew away today!!

Then I have to paint a watercolour picture of the sea and a beach,
on a plaque. Sold out of them today!

Thank you for finding time to pop in and leave me a message.
It is so busy for us crafters at this time of year.

Big hugs,
Carol

Silver and Blue

Morning,
and I hope you have changed all your clocks!!
Why is the oven always the hardest to do?!!

Just a quick post, as I must get back
to my desk! More items to make for my Craft Fairs.
There are so many ideas in my head but not sure if I
have the time left to make all of them!!

This is one of my new makes.
I love Silver and pale icy blue, as they blend so well.

The huge bead hanging in the middle, I found in my stash.
One of my lovely friends, saves things for me
that she thinks I can find a use for.
This was one of 5 of them!

So thanks Aileen!! Perfect!!

Enjoy the rest of Sunday.

Thanks for your lovely messages on my last post.
Hope you are going to join us at
Winter Wonderland challenge.

Thanks for popping in and looking
forward to reading your kind comments.

PS: Aileen and her Mother-in-law saw this
post and ordered a wreath the same as this one!!

Big hugs,
Carol

My Christmas Decs

To get this all done it took me 6 hours!!

This is one of my makes, many years ago!
I made 2 of them and I would like to make some more.
Unfortunately I no longer have the chart, so I intend
to make one from the decoration.
It is an Edwardian design.

This is another of my makes. A Cross Stitch using many
different types of thread.
His beard and on his cuffs I used a fluffy mohair,
which was also used for the animals.
It was very scary cutting the boot shape out
then lining the whole thing.

 My Snowman collection!
I just love snowmen, especially the biggest one at the back
He is gorgeous.

My Dollshouse also has it's Christmas decs up,
including a big tree with fairy lights on too.
Even has a Santa sitting on the roof with his sack in one hand
and a bottle of wine in the other!!

Sad I know!!
Thanks for dropping by and leaving me your lovely messages.
They are really treasured.

Big hugs,
Carol xxxx
