Crafty Ribbons Challenge

Welcome all, I have the pleasure of being your host

The theme for this week is
Christmas

The prize is A £10 voucher.
to spend in the Crafty Ribbons  Store.

I love these ribbons so much, I couldn't decide which to use.
So the answer was to come up with a design
so I can use a few!!

As always, it looks much better in real life.

Over to you now and get making a Christmas card.
If you need some inspiration, pop over to the Crafty Ribbons blog
and see the fab samples from my DT Teamies.

PLEASE REMEMBER

ALL ENTRIES MUST HAVE RIBBON OR LACE ON
YOUR ENTRY.
If we cannot see it, you will not be entered into the draw.

Good luck.

Hugs,

Carol xxxx

Deck The Halls.....Or Your Windowsill!!

Just a little something that I threw together.
I say little but it's about 2 feet long!

Somebody called Marianne visited my stall on Saturday
and she seemed to rather like this decoration!! Hee! Hee!

I think the description 'Mixed Media' really suits this.
It's got a bit of everything on it!

I am not too bothered if it doesn't sell,
as I have just the place for it.
I've got some of those tiny lights that I will thread through it.

I've just noticed in the pic the tree on the right looks
wonky. It isn't, it's the angle the camera was seeing.

If you click on the picture you will see it better.

Well back to my desk, as I have a few more snowmen to paint.

I am making replacements of the things I sold last Saturday.
I have a stall in a very old church on Saturday.
Then on Sunday I have a stall at the Cliff Hotel in Gorleston.

Thanks for popping in and leaving your lovely messages.
I appreciate every one of them.
Hugs,

Carol xxxx

Winter Wonderland Challenge

We have another challenge here at Winter Wonderland, for 2 weeks.

The lovely Louise is our host and the themes chosen are

First choice - Poinsettias
OR
Second choice - Snow is Falling

As you can see I chose Poinsettia.

I actually liked the way this one turned out!
The birdcage I bought from Anna Marie at Ally Pally,
about 2 years ago!!
I finally used one of the pack. I backed it with vellum,
that I must have had for at least 12 years!!

The ribbon is fabulous.
It's burgundy velvet with a wired gold edge.

I bought it from a stallholder at the Craft Fair I do
at The Cliff Hotel in Gorleston, Suffolk.

The poinsettia is a die from???
Cut from a scrap of gold pearlescent card.

Our generous Sponsor this challenge is

With 3 Digis for the winner.

So get crafting and join in the fun.
Don't forget
CHRISTMAS CARDS ONLY!!

I must welcome my new follower, Doris.
Thank you for joining me and I hope to see you again soon.

Looking forward to visiting you soon and
leaving a note, so you know I have been.

Hugs,
Carolxxxx

Crafty Ribbons Challenge

It's our lovely Carole hosting our new challenge at Crafty Ribbons.

The theme she has chosen is
Flowers and Pearls.
As always, a great prize for the winner.

Don't forget that you must include a ribbon or lace
on your entry. If not, you cannot be entered into the prize draw.

For my DT card I used some Altenew stamps
that were free with a magazine.
I added my pearls and also my favourite
Crafty Ribbons lace.....Love it!!!
You can find it here.

Good luck and I am looking forward to visiting your blogs
and I will leave you a message, so you know I have been.

Hugs,
Carol xx

The First Noel!

Another Christmas make for my stall.

Well it was but I sold it last Sunday! Then got an order for one.
So I think I will make 2 this time.
They won't look the same, just similar.

The picture is a bit rubbish. When I took the photo,
the weather was awful.

I actually had the best sales last weekend,
that I have had since we moved up here.
 Well pleased.

I now have a couple of weeks to replenish my stock.

Thanks for stopping by and I really love reading your messages.

Big hugs,
Carol xxxx
