The Blues!!

I just found this card in 'Draft'.

I had to delete most of the text,
as it was just after our first buyer pulled out,
after 3 weeks and 4 visits here!

That was my reason for having had the 'Blues'.
That's putting it mildly!!! I was (better be polite) very fed up!!

We lost another buyer a week later, so now on our 3rd buyer!!

Whoops!! Another one bites the dust!!!!
Number 3 gone, due to ill health!!

Now I am VERY P..... OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guy who did the survey for the last buyer, a single lady,
said she was stupid not to go ahead with the purchase!

Enough said!!!
..............................................................

This is a lily of the Valley stamp again.
I wish they had a lot more of these sort of images, as they are very useful.

I coloured the image with Distress Inks, with a dot of gold,
Sakura Stardust pen in the centres of the flowers.

Also a touch or Stickles on the parcel.

Not a lot else to say really!
Rather down at the moment.
At least I have your uplifting messages to read.
So thanks in advance for stopping by.
Hugs,
Carol XXXXX

Lovely card Carol. Sorry to hear you are feeling a little blue - house buyers are a very fickle breed, you never really know what they are feeling or why they get cold feet. We have had so many people looking at our house and they can always find something wrong with it - too big, too small, too far from the shops(!!), too close to the neighbours (it is a semi!!). Eventually someone will come along, fall in love with your house and buy it.
Take care
Lesley

It's a very pretty card Carol. Sorry you're having a rough time with house buyers! They do say its one if the most stressful things you can do! Hope you get someone to buy soon and that you don't lose the house you're buying.

Love this card and no wonder you have a case of the blues. I cannot, for the life of me, understand why some people seem to enjoy being timewasters. However, the right buyer will come along soon, I am sure and you can start your new chapter xx

Oohhhhh sweet Carol .. I am so very very sorry to read this terrible news! I can't believe it! :( I can understand why you're feeling very fed up. *giving you big hugs* Keep your chin up .. another one will come along and it will be successful .. I just know it!

As for your card .. gosh it's absolutely GORGEOUS! I love how you've coloured this beautiful image, and that pop of red in there makes everything stand out gorgeously!

Sending you sunshine and warm hugs,
Elise

This is a gorgeous card Carol.

I hope you will find your ultimate buyer soon. And I can imagine how stressful the situation must be for you, as I will also need to enter the 'game' of organising a mortgage, hunting for a flat, carrying out necessary work and then moving pretty soon. And the Scottish 'offers over' system can be so much fun (not) ...

Hugs, Heike xx
